We collect almost nothing.

What the site itself collects

Nothing. There is no cookie banner here because there are no cookies to consent to. Specifically, this site has:

• — No cookies, local storage, or session storage
• — No analytics, heatmaps, session recording, or A/B testing
• — No advertising or tracking pixels
• — No embedded social widgets, comment systems, or chat popups
• — No contact form, and so no form data

The fonts, images, and videos are served from this domain rather than from a third-party CDN, so loading a page doesn’t hand your IP address to anyone we haven’t named below.

What our host records

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs for every request: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and the time. That is how any web server on the internet works, and it’s used to keep the site online and to fend off abuse — not to build a profile of you. Vercel retains these logs on a rolling short-term basis underits own privacy policy. We don’t query them for anything else, and we don’t cross-reference them with email.

What happens when you email us

Every call to action on this site opens your own mail client. When you write to us, we hold what you sent — your name, your email address, and whatever you told us about your project — in our email provider’s inbox.

We use it to reply to you and to run the project if we end up working together. We don’t sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else, and we won’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for. Threads that don’t turn into work are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended; threads that do are kept for as long as the project needs, plus the years we have to keep the invoices behind them for US tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough, and we’ll answer within 30 days. Since the only thing we hold is correspondence you sent us, “delete it” usually means exactly that: the thread goes.

We’re based in the United States. No law obliges a studio this small to offer any of the above — we offer it because it’s the obvious way to treat someone’s correspondence. If you’re writing from outside the US, the answer is the same: ask, and we’ll tell you or delete it.

Children

This is a studio site aimed at people commissioning work. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If we ever add something that collects data — analytics, a contact form, an embedded tool — we’ll say so here and move the date at the top of this page. There is no archive of old versions; the date is the honest signal.
